Types of marble walls
Marble can be divided into two main types: natural marble and artificial marble (synthetic stone), which have different limitations and limitations depending on the type of stone.

Striving
In addition to looking at the installation point. The stitching technique is another thing that we need to focus on in order for the pattern to come out the way we want. For marble, there are 3 main patterns.
1. Book Match
It is a reflective stitching of 2 or more sheets of mineral lines, similar to the spread of a book page. Helps create more pronounced patterns.
2. Vein Match
It is a pattern extension that emphasizes the mineral lines to be continuous throughout the wall, helping to make the pattern of the stone smooth to the eye. Not too jumpy.
3. Random pattern
It is a non-streaked installation. The installation is easy for the technician to complete, but the color scheme and consistency of the mineral lines must be taken into account.
What to look out for when installing marble as a wall
- Natural marble has a relatively high weight compared to other materials, requiring special structural preparation.
- Non-standard installers should use technicians who are specialized in marble installation to reduce the chance of accidents after installation or damage during installation.
- Improper treatment, such as using acid-base solutions to wipe the stone face, using solid or sharp objects to hit the stone face.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Marble walls are one of the areas that are not used much, so they can be installed without worrying about the weaknesses of the marble body at all.
- Clean with a damp cloth or with a dedicated stone cleaner.
- Regularly coat the waterproofing solution. Every 1-2 years, use a stone paint remover when you feel that the stone color is getting paler.
- Be careful not to knock solid and sharp objects against the wall as it may cause damage.
